Hapag, which in Filipino refers to a low, short-legged dining table, is built on the values that chefs Nav and Thirdy learned from their households—where meals are a sacred time for bonding with the people who matter most. At Hapag, guests gather to share stories, bring joy and woes to the table, and feel safe in a space where nothing else matters but the present moment. The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with lunch also available from Thursday to Sunday.
