Wildflour Café + Bakery opened in Bonifacio Global City in 2012 as a small corner bakery offering all-day brunch, homemade pastries, and coffee in a warm, homey spot. Founded by Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo, her sister Margarita Lorenzana Manzke, and three-MICHELIN-starred chef Walter Manzke, Wildflour quickly grew into one of Manila’s most beloved restaurant groups with multiple locations across the city. The menu blends French-American cuisine with global influences, featuring breakfast staples like ricotta pancakes, sandwiches, roasted chicken, and the famous salted chocolate cake. Committed to supporting local farmers and a farm-to-table philosophy, Wildflour remains a cornerstone of Manila’s dining scene.
