Bibio Natural Wine Bar, June Eatery
Chef Kevin Gonzales is a Manila-based chef and the head chef of both Bibio Natural Wine Bar in Poblacion and June Eatery in BGC, where he works alongside creative director and executive chef Kier Ibañez to shape one of the more exciting menus in the city. He spends most of his time at June Eatery, curating the menu and running service, though his story with Bibio began with a collaboration with MasterChef New Zealand winner Sam Low, a night that put him squarely on the radar of the local dining scene. He was also previously head chef of Celera, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Makati. A quiet but compelling presence in the kitchen, he is one of the more interesting chefs to watch right now.
