Chef Raul Forés is a Manila-based chef and restaurateur, best known as co-founder of Made Nice and the comfort food concept B Boi. The son of Mamou founder Malou Forés, he grew up inside one of Manila's most influential restaurant families and is now carving his own path with a brand built on bringing together ideas from across all cultures. Equal parts craveable and considered, his cooking is comfort food without borders—familiar, generous, and unapologetically his own.

Linamnam is, in my opinion, the most impressive restaurant. Chef Don Baldosano is a once-in-a-generation talent
Our Made Nice is a seven-year-old restaurant and has become one of the most reliable places to eat for those looking for a menu that is both varied and consistently good.
