CMV Txokolat
Chef Christian Valdes is the San Francisco-born, Manila-based chocolatier behind CMV Txokolat, where he serves as owner and head chocolatier. He is known for finely crafted bean-to-bar chocolates that spotlight Philippine cacao and local flavors. A largely self-taught craftsman who later trained in Belgium and France, he has built CMV into one of Manila's most talked-about artisanal chocolate brands. Using his confections to tell stories about Filipino heritage, he works directly with local cacao farmers to ensure quality and sustainability.
