Chef Robby Goco is a Manila-based chef and restaurateur best known as the founder of Cyma Greek Taverna, the restaurant that essentially introduced Greek cuisine to the Philippines. After spotting a gap in the local dining scene, he traveled to Greece to learn the cuisine firsthand and came back to build one of the country's most enduring restaurant brands. His portfolio has since grown to include Souv, Green Pastures, Rob's Ribs Oysters Bourbon, and Tanaw in El Nido. He lives by the belief that good food is a right and not a privilege, and has spent decades making that case.
