Chef Philip John Golding is a British-born chef, restaurateur, and educator who has spent over two decades shaping the Philippines' culinary and hospitality scene as a chef-patron, consultant, and school leader. Now serving as Culinary Director and Director for Culinary Innovations at the Center for Culinary Arts Manila, as well as founder of The Golding Hospitality Group, he draws on a 40-year career spanning Michelin-starred kitchens, five-star hotels, and concepts including Azzurro and Papermoon. He is also the founding chairman of Disciples d'Escoffier Philippines, dedicated to mentoring the next generation of Filipino chefs.
