Chef Mark Dee is a Makati-based self-taught chef who began by opening his home to strangers and feeding them exceptionally well. What started as an intimate private dining experience around his own dining table has since grown into Mireia Dining, a proper restaurant in Makati named after his daughter and built around the same warmth and intention that made the original concept worth talking about. A seasonal tasting menu, premium ingredients, modern technique with Filipino and Asian touches, and a chef who still cooks every plate himself. Some things, thankfully, don't change.
